Write Your Impact Consulting Onboarding Experience

Problem: Create a simple and professional responsive onboarding website and Google Classroom for consulting clients who want a writing practice.

Goal: Get people excited about how much they can write in fifteen minutes and how many times they’ll need to write for fifteen minutes to finish a book-length project.

Role: I used Squarespace, Mailchimp, Square, and Google Classroom to develop a conversion flow including error messages, forms, content design, and user feedback forms.

Outcome: Easy to update user interface and onboarding process that converted leads to customers.
